The foundation is located in the interior of the jungle and does not have ways of communication except for the transportation routes. For the foundation the communication with all other kinds of local, provincial, regional and national organizations is very important and extremely necessary in case of emergency for the foundation and the Sarayaku community. Especially in cases of emergency like snake bites, gashes, complicated births etc. we depend on fast communication.

It will also help us to call the sports planes to transport the patients to the city and the hospital and so offer a better service to the patients which are very important for the people´s health especially in the indigenous communities that do not have access to means of communication.
